Booking Inquiries
Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation communication from Sariskavan Farmstay staff. A 50% advance may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
Property Rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or equipment during their stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Liability
Sariskavan Farmstay is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your stay. We recommend securing travel insurance. Wildlife is present in the surrounding area; guests are advised to stay within designated property boundaries.
